目的床边检测急诊呼吸困难患者血清中NT-proBNP水平，探讨它在急诊呼吸困难鉴别诊断中临床价值，以期为急诊工作提供理论支持。方法回顾性分析83例急诊呼吸困难患者，每位均行床边NT-proBNP检测，明确诊断为心源性呼吸困难患者48例，定为A组，明确诊断为非心源性呼吸困难患者35例，定为B组。结果 A组B组血清中NT-proBNP的表达差异有统计学意义(<0.001)。结论对呼吸困难患者进行床边NT-proBNP检测是鉴别急诊心源性呼吸困难与非心源性呼吸困难的一项简单快速有效的检测指标。“,”Objective Bedside emergency department patients with dyspnea of serum NT-proBNP levels to explore its clinical value in the dif erential diagnosis of dyspnea in the emergency department of,In order to provide theoretical support for emergency work.Methods Regression analysis of 83 cases of emergency dyspnea,each underwent bedside NT-proBNP testing for the diagnosis of cardiac dyspnea 48 patients,designated as Group A,non-cardiac diagnosis,35 patients with dyspnea,designated as group B.
