目的:探讨门静脉血流动力学改变与肝纤维化程度的相关性。方法:应用彩色双功多普勒超声评价111例慢性病毒性肝炎患者及33例正常人门静脉血流动力学改变并与肝组织病理纤维化分期对照。结果:门静脉主干直径(PD,dP)及淤血指数(CI,IC)与肝组织纤维化分期(S)呈正相关关系;门静脉最大流速(PVX,vmax,p)及平均流速(PVm,vP)则与S呈负相关关系;而门静脉血流量(PBF,QPBF)与S无明显相关关系。结论:门静脉主干直径、最大流速、平均流速及淤血指数可用于评价慢性病毒性肝炎患者的纤维化程度,特别是在鉴别中重度纤维化(S3~4)与轻度纤维化(S0~2)时有较重要意义
Objective: To investigate the correlation between portal hemodynamic changes and liver fibrosis. Methods: The hemodynamic changes of portal vein in 111 patients with chronic viral hepatitis and 33 normal controls were evaluated by color duplex Doppler sonography and compared with the histopathological changes of liver fibrosis. Results: The main diameter of portal vein (PD, dP) and congestion index (CI, IC) were positively correlated with liver fibrosis stage (S).
