高校篮球运动中踝关节的损伤原因及预防

目的:探讨高校篮球运动中踝关节的损伤原因,并提出预防建议。方法:通过检索相关文献资料,对360名大学生进行问卷调查,分析篮球运动中踝关节损伤的原因。结果:踝关节的损伤主要原因是:缺乏必要的准备活动,不遵守训练原则,训练水平不够,创伤未愈恢复练习,场地器材不合规格,气温条件不良,饮食营养状况不良。结论:踝关节是我们篮球运动中比较容易受伤的一个关节,在平时的训练中,练习者要加强身体各个环节的练习,加强身体的整体素质,运动前要做好准备活动,避免疫劳运动,如出现有损伤应及时治疗防止损伤严重,防止反复损伤,这样我们就可以更好地保护自己。 Objective: To explore the causes of ankle injury in college basketball and to put forward the preventive measures. Methods: By searching the relevant literature, 360 college students were surveyed to analyze the causes of ankle injury in basketball. Results: The main causes of ankle injury were: lack of necessary preparation activities, failure to abide by the principles of training, inadequate training, recovery of wounds, substandard equipment, poor temperature conditions and poor nutritional status. Conclusion: Ankle joint is one of the more injured joints in our basketball. During normal training, practitioners should strengthen the practice of all aspects of the body to enhance the overall quality of the body, prepare for exercise before exercise, and avoid epidemic diseases In case of any injury, timely treatment should be taken to prevent serious injury and prevent repeated injuries so that we can better protect ourselves.
