用循环伏安法研究了血红素(Heme)在聚吡咯(Ppy)-十二烷基苯磺酸(DDSB)修饰电极上的直接电化学行为。探讨了影响血红素电化学反应速率的诸因素。并提出了用聚吡咯-十二烷基苯磺酸修饰电极测定的方法。结果表明:聚吡咯是血红素电子转移反应的稳定媒价体,血红素在聚吡咯-十二烷基苯磺酸修饰电极表面起准可逆氧化还原反应,-206.1mv处还原峰电流的1.5次微分与血红素浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-8mol/L范围成线性关系。
Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the direct electrochemical behavior of heme on polypyrrole (Ppy) -dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DDSB) modified electrode. The factors affecting the rate of heme electrochemical reaction were discussed. And the method of polypyrrole-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid modified electrode was proposed. The results showed that polypyrrole was a stable matrix of heme electron transfer reaction, heme redox reaction was quasi-reversible on the surface of polypyrrole-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid modified electrode, and peak current was reduced 1.5 times at -206.1 mv Derivatives and hemoglobin concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-8mol / L a linear relationship.
