本文叙述了一种可以对微弱的进气压力进行检测的测量系统。在该测量系统中,利用分辨率较高的压电式压力传感器将高频波动的进气压力转变为电荷信号,再经电荷放大器将其转换为电压信号。利用现代微计算机处理技术,实现进气压力信号的分离和检测。使用该测量系统在一台6缸车用柴油机上进行了实验,结果表明,这一测量系统可以用于高速内燃机进气系统内气体压力的测量。
This article describes a measurement system that can detect weak inlet pressures. In this measurement system, a high-resolution piezoelectric pressure sensor is used to convert a high-frequency fluctuating intake pressure into a charge signal, which is then converted into a voltage signal by a charge amplifier. The use of modern microcomputer processing technology to achieve the intake pressure signal separation and detection. The experiment was carried out on a 6-cylinder diesel engine using this measuring system. The results show that this measuring system can be used to measure the gas pressure in the intake system of high-speed internal combustion engine.
