围绕新闻舆论监督的合法性问题,对《宪法》、《党章》、《政府信息公开条例》等有关法律法规政策规定以及党政领导人有关讲话精神等进行梳理,对目前新闻舆论监督中存在的问题和对策进行论述,分析民、党、政府和传媒机构四者之间的辩证关系,并以此为基础,对我国新闻舆论监督体制和机制的建设做出几点思考。 On the issue of the legitimacy of news media supervision, we have sorted out relevant laws, regulations and policies as well as relevant speeches of the party and government leaders in the Constitution, the “Constitution of the Party,” “Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information,” and so on. Problems and countermeasures, analyzes the dialectical relationship among the four parties, the government, the media and the media. Based on this, it makes some thinking on the construction of our country’s public opinion supervision system and mechanism.
