目的 脊柱融合是治疗脊柱侧凸的基本方法。脊柱的生物力学性质在融合后会发生改变 ,这种变化可能导致背部肌肉功能异常。本文研究脊柱侧凸患者脊柱融合手术前和手术两年后背部肌肉功能的改变。方法 采集和分析 1 8例脊柱侧凸患者脊柱融合手术两年后背部四对肌肉的肌电信号 ,得到信号的平均方根值、中频值和肌电包络等参数 ,并和手术前进行比较。结果 手术两年后 ,病人肌电的幅度增加、中频值下降 ,同时背部两侧肌电包络的对称性降低。结论 手术两年后患者背部肌肉的各项肌电参数发生的变化和废用性肌肉萎缩的特征一致 ,表明融合术两年后 ,脊柱侧凸患者的背部肌肉已经出现萎缩现象。
The purpose of spinal fusion is the basic method of treatment of scoliosis. The biomechanical properties of the spine change after fusion, and this change can cause dysfunction of the back muscles. In this paper, we study the changes of dorsal muscle function before and after spinal fusion in patients with scoliosis. Methods The EMG signals of four pairs of back muscles of 18 patients with scoliosis after spinal fusion surgery were collected and analyzed. The mean square root of signal, median frequency and EMG parameters were obtained and compared with those before surgery . Results Surgery two years later, the patient’s EMG amplitude increased, the median value decreased, while the back side of the EMG envelope symmetry decreased. Conclusions The changes of EMG parameters in the back muscles of patients after surgery for two years are consistent with the features of disuse muscle atrophy, indicating that the back muscles of patients with scoliosis have shrunk after two years of fusion.
