研究了Al_2O_3颗粒填充PTFE和PTFE+50%(wt)PPS基复合材料表面上水的润湿及土壤粘附和磨料磨损特性。加入适当含量和一定尺寸的Al_2O_3粒子可提高水的前进接触角θ_a并使减粘性能保持在较高水平。PTFE(+PPS)—Al_2O_3复合材料表面在憎水性和非光滑性方面与某些土壤动物体表有相似特性。适量Al_2O_3粒子的弥散可明显提高复合材料的耐磨料磨损性能,且PPS可进一步改进复合材料的耐磨性。
The water wetting, soil adhesion and abrasive wear on the surface of Al 2 O 3 granule-filled PTFE and PTFE + 50% (wt) PPS-based composites were investigated. Addition of appropriate content and size of Al 2 O 3 particles can improve the advancing contact angle of water θ_a and keep the viscosity reduction performance at a high level. The surface of PTFE (+ PPS) -Al_2O_3 composite has similar properties to the surface of some soil animals in hydrophobicity and non-smoothness. The dispersion of proper amount of Al 2 O 3 particles can obviously improve the abrasive wear resistance of the composites, and PPS can further improve the wear resistance of the composites.
