事业单位公开招聘制度是事业单位人事制度改革的一项重要举措,是为事业单位选人、用人至关重要的“入口”制度。健全的事业单位公开招聘制度有利于事业单位选人、用人工作的顺利开展;同时有助于事业单位各项工作的顺利进行。我国事业单位公开招聘制度起步较晚,固有招聘模式已不适应当今社会的发展。本文从分析事业单位公开招聘工作中存在的问题入手,提出了健全事业单位公开招聘制度的几点措施。
Institutional public recruitment system is an important measure in the reform of the personnel system in public institutions, and is the “entrance” system that is crucial for the selection and employment of public institutions. A sound institutional public recruitment system is conducive to institutions to elect people, employment smoothly; at the same time contribute to the smooth progress of the institutions of the various tasks. China’s public institutions open recruitment system started later, the inherent recruitment model has not adapted to the development of today’s society. This article starts with analyzing the existing problems in the open recruitment of public institutions and puts forward some measures to improve public recruitment system in public institutions.
