[目的]主要观察大黄虫片联合辛伐他汀治疗对2型糖尿病并高脂血症者早期足背动脉病变的影响,兼观察治疗前后空腹血糖及血脂变化。[方法]将71例病人在接受降糖治疗基础上,分为治疗组37例,加大黄(?)虫片合辛伐他汀治疗;对照组34例,加辛伐他汀治疗。观察两组治疗前后足背动脉血管内径、中一内膜厚度、血流量及空腹血糖、血脂变化。观察12周。[结果]两组治疗前足背动脉血管内径、中-内膜厚度、血流量以及空腹血糖、血脂无统计学差异,治疗后两组足背动脉血管内径、中-内膜厚度、血流量均有改善,但治疗组治疗前后比较(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血脂均有显著改善,但两组治疗后比较无统计学差异。[结论]大黄(?)虫片联合辛伐他汀治疗可改善2型糖尿病并高脂血症者足背动脉病变,可能有助于延缓糖尿病足的进展。
[Objective] To observe the effects of rhubarb and wormwood tablets combined with simvastatin on the pathology of early dorsalis pedis artery in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia and the changes of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid before and after treatment. [Methods] Based on the hypoglycemic treatment, 71 patients were divided into treatment group (37 cases) and yellow (?) Wormwood tablet plus simvastatin. The control group (34 cases) received simvastatin. Before and after treatment, the diameter of the dorsalis pedis artery, the thickness of the intima, blood flow, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in the two groups were observed. Observed for 12 weeks. [Results] There was no significant difference in the diameter of dorsal artery, medial-intima thickness, blood flow, fasting blood glucose and lipids before treatment in both groups. After treatment, the dorsal artery diameter, medial-intima thickness and blood flow in both groups were However, the treatment group before and after treatment (P <0.01), compared with the control group after treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the two groups of blood lipids were significantly improved, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. [Conclusion] Rhubarb (?) Worm tablet combined with simvastatin can improve the dorsalis pedis artery in type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia, which may help to delay the progress of diabetic foot.
