政府对特需医疗服务,应该加强监管,限制则大可不必。这就像我们不能限制某些人穿名牌、戴名表一样,就像我们不能限制商场卖名牌服饰一样。特需医疗所针对的是少数的高收入阶层,它不是造成目前存在的“看病难、看病贵”的主要原因,而且不同级别、不同地区医院特需医疗服务的比例也不要搞一刀切。级别高的或中心城市的医院需要特需医疗服务的人可能会较多,而一些社区和经济欠发达地区人就较少。特需医疗究竟多少更合适,我觉得最好还是让市场来决
The government should provide more supervision and control to the special needs of medical services. However, the restrictions are not necessary. It’s like we can not restrict some people to wear brand names, wearing watches, just as we can not restrict the mall to sell designer clothes the same. The special needs medical service is targeted at the few high-income groups. It is not the main reason for the current “difficulty in accessing medical services and expensive medical treatment.” And the proportion of medical services that special hospitals need in different levels and in different regions should not be applied across the board. There may be more people in high-grade or central-city hospitals that require special medical services, while some in less-developed and less-economically developed regions. How much medical treatment is more appropriate, I think it is best to let the market to decide
