法国电影《野草》是法国新浪潮电影中左岸派的代表人物——阿伦·雷乃在七十多岁高龄所拍摄出来的作品,作为新浪潮电影的领军人物,他最为著名的代表作是《广岛之恋》和《去年在马里昂巴德》。电影《野草》刻画了人的欲望像野草一般不断疯长的过程,并最终造成了欲望的悲剧。导演试图通过电影告诉我们,人人都是有欲望的,正如他所说:“我们每个人生下来就陷入了迷惑和不解中,很多时候,我们会搞不清自己需要什么,所以就有了欲望。”从某种意义上而言,导演拍摄电影也是展示导演欲望的方法。欲望的欲望得不到满足必然会造成人的痛苦,本文试图以叔本华悲观主义的人生观分析《野草》中所包含的人生意义。
