一、怎样使企业领导者真正重视职工教育,把它摆到议事日程上来?我看没有什么别的办法,就看企业领导者有没有远见卓识 1980年,在中央电视大学第一届毕业生典礼上,我曾讲过这样的话,一个有远见的厂长(经理)是舍得投入经费和时间让职工提高文化和技术水平的。而一旦这个厂长(经理)认识到职工教育对企业在市场竞争中的重要作用时,他就会觉得重视得还不够,已投入的还不够。一个真正够得上企业家的厂长(经理),应该是十分重视职工教育的,就像党和国家的领导同志非常重视全民素质的提高一样,十分重视职工素质的提高。 二、要全面提高企业职工队伍素质,职工教育工作者必须有超前意识和系统的培训措施
