我国综合运输系统包括:公路、水运、铁路、航空、管道五种交通运输方式。对于油气运输来说,管道运输虽然是起步最晚但却是最可靠的运输方式。近年来,虽然我国油气管道建设已经初具规模,但是,管道运量所占比重较低,并且现有干线管道网络化程度低,与之配套的附属设施建设缓慢,这些问题都是制约我国油气管道运输发展的关键性因素。因此,我国今后应依赖先进的科学技术,大力发展管道设施建设和管理技术,实现管道运输网络化、自动化发展。
China’s comprehensive transport system includes: road, water transport, railways, aviation, pipelines five modes of transport. For oil and gas transport, although the pipeline transportation is the latest but the most reliable mode of transport. In recent years, although the construction of oil and gas pipelines in China has begun to take shape, the proportion of pipe traffic volume is relatively low, and the existing pipeline networks have a low degree of networkization and the accompanying auxiliary facilities are slow to be built. All these problems are restricting China’s oil and gas Pipeline transport development of the key factors. Therefore, in the future, our country should rely on advanced science and technology, vigorously develop the construction and management of pipeline facilities and realize the networked and automated development of pipeline transportation.
