概述大冶铁矿尖林山矿体埋藏较深,倾角缓矿体位于铁山侵入体与下三迭纪大冶灰岩的接触处。成因类型属于接触交代高温热液矿床。含矿层的上盘围岩主要是闪长岩,f=8~12稳固性强。现采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法。矿块构成要素:垂直走向布置,阶段40~70米,分段高10米,进路间距10米,断面(宽×高)4×3米~2呈菱形布置,溜井间距沿矿体走向50米,倾向方向50~150
