采用老式圆盘给料机给料的烧结厂,其化学成分的控制存在一些问题,通过采用现代化的堆料设施,这些问题在很大程度上得以消除。在目前的烧结厂中,应用前馈控制原理可显著地减少随给料速度和进科成分变化所引起的化学成分的波动。五年的实践经验表明,计算机推算的熔剂添加表是控制高碱度烧结矿碱度的一种有效而又廉价的方法。
There are some problems with controlling the chemical composition of sinter plants fed with a conventional disc feeder and these problems have been largely eliminated by using modern stacking facilities. In the current sintering plant, the feedforward control principle is applied to significantly reduce the chemical composition fluctuations caused by feed rate and composition changes. Five years of practical experience have shown that computer-based flux table is an effective and inexpensive method of controlling the alkalinity of high basicity sinter.
