目的 :探讨用眼生物形态值—角膜曲率半径、眼轴结合静态验光值来鉴别青少年真假性近视。方法 :对 197名静态验光为 -0 75~ -1 5 0DS ,年龄 12 4± 1 2 ,眼轴 <2 4mm初发近视者 ,暂缓配镜 ,辅助用药 ,观察分析近视屈光度、角膜曲率半径、眼轴及裸视力的改变。结果 :四年观察随访后 ,41名男 (2 4)女 (17)学生屈光度加深≤ -1 0 0DS ,裸视力≥ 4 5而未配镜。结论 :青少年初发近视中 ,静态验光值 <-1 5 0DS ,若其眼轴 <2 4mm者 ,可考虑假性近视 ,暂缓配镜
Objective: To explore the use of ocular biological shape values - corneal radius of curvature, combined with static axial optometry values to identify true and false adolescents myopia. Methods: A total of 197 patients with primary myopia with static refraction of -075 ~ -150DS, age of 124 ± 12, and axial length of <24 mm were enrolled in this study. Their refraction and adjunctive medication were suspended. The refraction, corneal radius of curvature, Axial and uncorrected visual changes. Results: After four years of observation and follow-up, 41 males (24) females (17) underwent deepening of refraction less than -100DS and uncorrected visual acuity of ≥45, without glasses. Conclusion: In young people with myopia, the static optometry value <-150DS, if its axial length <24mm, may consider pseudo myopia, suspension of glasses
