实习过程是满足企业人才需求,解决就业问题的一种较为成功的人才培养模式,但是这种培养模式在企业实习环节的时间长达一年,使学生在实习过程中容易发生意外人身伤害,对校企合作的顺利开展产生较大不利影响。为了保障各方的利益,本文就实习过程中意外伤害事件的认定,以及院校和合作企业就事故发生的预防以及事故发生后的处理提出了相应的对策。
The internship process is a more successful talent training mode to meet the needs of enterprise talents and to solve the employment problem. However, this training mode lasts for one year in the period of internship, which makes students prone to accidental personal injury during the internship. The smooth development of school-enterprise cooperation has a greater adverse impact. In order to protect the interests of all parties, this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the identification of accidental injuries in the process of internship, as well as the prevention and control of accidents and the handling of accidents by institutions and cooperative enterprises.
