目的 :研究NSAIDs加DMARDs联合治疗幼儿类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法 :对 2 1例类风湿关节炎患儿采用双氯芬酸钠 0 .5～ 3mg/kg ,每日分 3次口服 ,柳氮磺胺吡啶 5 0mg/kg ,每日分 3次口服 ,每疗程 4周 ,观察临床症状缓解情况 ,服药间及服药后定期查血相及生化指标。结果 :服药一疗程后 ,显效 8例 (38.1% ) ,有效 12例 (5 7.1% ) ,无效 1例 (4.7% ) ,总有效率 95 .2 %。显效组在治疗 2～ 3疗程后 ,根据临床症状分别行腱鞘切除术和关节镜下关节滑膜切除术。术后继续药物治疗 ,效果良好。结论 :NSAIDs加NSAIDs联合治疗可以缓解小儿类风湿关节炎的临床症状 ,为手术治疗创造有利条件
Objective: To study the clinical effects of combination of NSAIDs and DMARDs in the treatment of infantile rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 21 children with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with diclofenac sodium 0.5-3 mg / kg orally daily for 3 times and sulfasalazine 50 mg / kg orally for 3 times daily for 4 weeks , Observe the clinical symptoms, medication and medication regularly check the blood phase and biochemical indicators. Results: After a course of treatment, 8 cases (38.1%) were markedly effective, 12 cases (5 7.1%) effective and 1 (4.7%) ineffective with a total effective rate of 95.2%. The effective group in the treatment of 2 to 3 courses, according to the clinical symptoms of tendon sheath resection and arthroscopic synovectomy. After continuing the drug treatment, the effect is good. Conclusion: NSAIDs combined with NSAIDs can relieve the clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis in children and create favorable conditions for surgical treatment
