在循环流化床燃烧过程中,一次风对物料的流化和床温的调节起着关键的作用。本研究提出了一类参考指令调节器设计,用于产生一次风机的控制指令。该指令既能适应机组负荷变化也能够根据给煤量和床温的变化及时得到修正,将其用于指导一次风的控制,能提高循环流化床的燃烧效率。采用专家规则系统方法设计了参考指令调节器,利用操作人员和专家的实际经验以及对运行数据的分析,得到各种工况下的给煤量和床温与一次风机调节方向和调节值之间的逻辑关系,并制成一个比较完备的专家规则系统。运行试验表明:利用此专家规则系统调整一次风机的控制指令,能够显著提高一次风量的控制效果。
In a circulating fluidized bed combustion process, the primary air plays a key role in the fluidization of the material and the bed temperature regulation. This study presents a class of reference command conditioner design, used to generate a fan control instructions. The Directive can not only adapt to the unit load changes, but also can be timely corrected according to the change of coal supply and bed temperature. It can be used to guide the primary air control and improve the combustion efficiency of circulating fluidized bed. Using the expert rule system method to design the reference command regulator, using the actual experience of operators and experts as well as the analysis of operating data, get the coal quantity and bed temperature under various operating conditions and the regulation and adjustment value of the primary fan The logical relationship, and made a more complete system of expert rules. The running tests show that adjusting the fan control command by this expert system can significantly improve the control effect of the primary air volume.
