因新生儿均为专性鼻呼吸者,如由各种病因造成鼻阻有可能致严重呼吸道阻塞、急性呼吸窘迫而致死,偶需急救和手术。新生儿常有鼻炎、鼻阻,但罕有严重阻塞,文献研究很少,病因不详,可能与激素、免疫功能影响有关。为阐明其可能病因因素及处理方法,对8例伴有上呼吸道阻塞的新生儿鼻炎患儿进行了回顾性研究。患儿中7例足月产,1例33周早产;6例自然娩出,2例剖腹产;男6,女2;白人6,黑人2;7例在产后6小时内出现鼻阻,1例于1周龄时就诊。全部患儿均经轴位及冠状面CT扫描确诊。就诊时6例曾行细菌学检查,4例无生长,2例分离出金黄色葡萄球菌。4例有家族特应性(atopy)史;半数伴有结膜炎;1例曾行鼻分泌物涂片及纤毛摆动检查,结果正常。全部患儿的血清Ig均正常,嗜酸性白细胞数不增高。CT片均除外先天性后
Because neonatal nasal respiration are obligatory, such as caused by a variety of causes nasal resistance may cause severe respiratory obstruction, acute respiratory distress and death, and even the need for first aid and surgery.
