耳部MRI不仅是感音神经性耳聋和搏动性耳鸣的关键诊断方法之一,而且在听神经瘤和中耳胆脂瘤等耳部肿瘤与肿瘤样病变的诊断、术前评估、预后预测和随访等精准诊疗方面发挥着重要作用。随着高场强(3 T)MR硬件和成像技术的发展,耳部MRI在耳部疾病临床诊疗方面的作用得到进一步提升。积极开展临床研究,不断完善和创新耳部MRI技术,拓宽应用范围,提升诊疗水平,充分、合理地发挥耳部MRI在耳部疾病临床诊疗中的应用价值。“,”Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is not only one of the key diagnostic methods for sensorineural hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus, but also plays an important role in the diagnosis, preoperative evaluation, prognosis prediction and follow-up of ear neoplasms and tumor-like conditions such as acoustic neuroma and middle ear cholesteatoma. With the development of high field intensity (3 T) MR hardware and imaging technology, the role of MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases has been further improved. We should actively carry out clinical research, constantly improve and innovate ear MRI technology, broaden the scope of application, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, and give full play to the application value of MRI in diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases.
