在硝酸装置DCS系统中,3台操作站作为唯一的人机界面,将装置生产过程的监测对象实时反映给工艺操作人员。通过分析开车以来DCS运行故障导致装置停车的原因,初步解决了这一难题。
In the nitric acid plant DCS system, the three operating stations are the only human-machine interfaces that reflect the monitored objects in the process of plant production to the process operators in real time. This problem has been initially solved by analyzing the reasons for stopping the device caused by DCS operation failure after driving.
