目的研究不同浓度的接骨生药对接骨乳膏体外透皮吸收的影响。方法以SD大鼠的背部皮肤为透皮实验原料,每隔一段时间,以分光光度法测定接收池中总甾酮含量。结果随着接骨生药量的增加,渗透量逐渐增加。总甾酮的渗透量随时间延长逐渐增加。生药一中总甾酮含量最高,接骨生药复方总甾酮含量次之,生药二总甾酮含量最少。结论接骨乳膏有较强透皮吸收能力,接骨乳膏经皮给药能充分发挥其作用。生药一为接骨乳膏中主要成分。
Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicine on transdermal absorption of bone cement in vitro.
