新的一年开始了,去年的工作也总结完了,我的问题也就来了。现在看看我们周围的干部,去年的工作都是很出色的吗?回答当然是否定的。因为肯定没有人敢说都很出色,这明摆着是浮夸。相反,几个朋友要想找个大家都认识的无能的干部议论议论,这决不是一件难事,就是再精简机构,也简不光滥竽充数的人。这有点悲观,但我想起码是现实,承认吧。重要的是下面的问题:既然有的干部工作没有成绩,甚至展示了无能,那么他们下课了没有?下课了几个?

Because certainly no one dared to say that they are excellent, it is obvious that it is exaggerated. On the contrary, it is by no means a hard task for a few friends to find a discussion among incompetent cadres who we all know. It is to streamline the organization and not to blame. This is a bit pessimistic, but I think at least it is a reality, admit it. What is important is the following question: Since some cadres do not have any grades and even show incompetence, how many classes do they have after class?
