目的 :我们克隆了有中国人特征的胸腺素 α原 (prothymosinα,PTMAα)全长 c DNA,并进行测序分析。方法 :从健康中国人 PBMC po1y(A) + RNA中采用 RT- PCR法克隆 hu PTMAα c DNA,酶切鉴定 ,序列分析。结果 :经测序后发现该基因是一个与国外的高加索人种胸腺素 α原有 86 .4%同源性的新基因。结论 :从中国人中新发现了一个 hu PTMAα基因 ,并于日前被美国 NCBI(National Center of Biotechnology Inform ation) Gen Bank收入 ,获得登录号 (Accession:AF170 2 94)
OBJECTIVE: We cloned the full length c DNA of Chinese prothymosin α (PTMAα) and sequenced it. Methods: hu PTMAα c DNA was cloned from poMen (PBMC po1y (A) + RNA of healthy Chinese by RT-PCR and identified by restriction enzyme digestion. RESULTS: The gene was sequenced and found to be a new gene with 86.4% homology to foreign Thymosin α. Conclusions: A new hu PTMAα gene was discovered from Chinese and was recently reported by the National Center for Biotechnology In Genomics (NCBI) Gen Bank. Accession number (AF170 2 94)
