选用雌性wistar大白鼠36只,随机分为4组,即VD+Cu、VD+Cu+Zn、VD和对照组。在首次给VD后96小时,分别测定各组大鼠全血及心肌组织中的钙、铜、锌含量及心肌中SOD活性。结果表明,大剂量VD可致大鼠全血和心肌中钙含量明显增加,心肌中锌含量增加,心肌SOD活性明显降低,铜含量变化不明显。预先给予铜或铜加锌能降低心肌组织中的锌、钙含量,提高心肌组织中SOD的活性,从而起到保护心肌细胞的作用。
Thirty-six female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: VD + Cu, VD + Cu + Zn, VD and control group. At the first 96 hours after VD, the content of calcium, copper, zinc and the activity of SOD in whole blood and myocardium of rats in each group were determined. The results showed that high dose of VD could significantly increase the content of calcium in whole blood and myocardium of rats, the content of zinc in myocardium increased, the activity of SOD in myocardium decreased obviously, and the content of copper did not change obviously. Pre-given copper or copper plus zinc can reduce myocardial zinc, calcium content, improve myocardial activity of SOD, which play a protective role of myocardial cells.
