目的:了解四川省农村卫生人员继续医学教育学分获得情况,为制定适合农村的继续医学教育学分方案提供依据。方法:采用文献调研、专家咨询、问卷调查和小组访谈等方法,对四川省射洪县、仪陇县的12个乡镇卫生院163名卫技人员和224个村卫生站的230名乡村医生进行调查。结果:被调查对象的学历、职称和技术水平偏低;对四川省继续医学教育学分管理办法知晓率不高;超过半数的人认为现在执行的学分标准合适;多数人认为科研立项、发表学术论文和出版医学著作是获得学分最困难的继续医学教育活动;93%以上的人同意应根据综合考核结果来授予不同学分值。结论:应加强继续医学教育工作和有关管理办法的宣传和学习;乡镇卫生院卫技人员通过努力完成Ⅱ类学分20分和乡村医生完成Ⅱ类学分8分应该是能够达到的标准,但有必要针对不同的继续医学教育对象,确定合理和可行的学分项目结构,来确保各层次的继续医学教育不断深入开展;应该建立综合的继续医学教育学分考评制度,逐步完善适合农村卫生人员的学分结构和内涵。
Objective: To understand the status of credit for continuing medical education in rural health workers in Sichuan Province, and to provide basis for formulating credit programs for continuing medical education in rural areas. METHODS: Literature surveys, expert consultations, questionnaires, and group interviews were conducted on 163 health workers in 12 township health centers and 230 rural doctors in 224 village health posts in Shehong County and Yilong County in Sichuan Province. survey. Result: The academic, job title and technical level of the surveyed subjects are low; the awareness rate of the credit management methods for continuing medical education in Sichuan Province is not high; more than half of the people believe that the current implementation of credit standards is appropriate; most people think that scientific research projects and academic papers are published. The publication of medical books is the most difficult continuing medical education activity for obtaining credits; more than 93% of people agree that different credit scores should be awarded based on comprehensive assessment results. Conclusion: The propaganda and study of continuing medical education and related management methods should be strengthened; the health technicians of the township health center must strive to complete the 20 credits for the II credits and the 8 credits for the rural doctors for completing the II credits should be achievable standards, but it is necessary For different continuing medical education subjects, a reasonable and feasible credit project structure will be determined to ensure continuous development of continuing medical education at all levels; a comprehensive credit assessment system for continuing medical education should be established to gradually improve the credit structure suitable for rural health workers.
