[目的]有关氟吡菌胺的液相色谱分析,目前尚未见公开报道。建立了氟吡菌胺的液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18反相柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇和水溶液(体积比75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,在265 nm波长下,对氟吡菌胺进行定量测定。[结果]氟吡菌胺标准偏差为0.232,变异系数为0.24%,平均回收率为99.4%,线性关系为0.999 6。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。
[Objective] The liquid chromatographic analysis of fluopicolide has not been reported yet. A liquid chromatography method was established for fluopicolide. [Method] The mobile phase consisted of methanol and aqueous solution (volume ratio 75:25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with reversed-phase C18 column and UV detector. Fluopicolide was quantified. [Result] The standard deviation of fluopicolide was 0.232, the coefficient of variation was 0.24%, the average recovery was 99.4% and the linear relationship was 0.999 6. [Conclusion] The method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, high precision and accuracy, and good linearity. It is an ideal analytical method.
