本文研究了抗血吸虫药硝硫氰胺和戊巴比妥间的相互作用。硝硫氰胺在剂量≥160mg/kg 和≥320mg/kg 单剂灌胃后,即可分别观察到戊巴比妥对小白鼠和大白鼠的催眠时间显著延长,最多分别达2.7和2倍。这种延长作用表现出一定量效关系和时效关系。化学结构同样含有异硫氰基的α—异硫氰基萘(ANIT)也具有这种延长效应。但 ANIT 在给药后2小时便明显降低大白鼠体温,持继至一周才恢复。未观察到硝硫氰胺有降温作用。进一步研究了硝硫氰胺对戊巴比妥在小白鼠体内的生物转化过程和大白鼠消除相药代动力学的影响,都未见明显差异。硝硫氰胺也能提高阈下催眠剂量的戊巴比妥对小白鼠的入睡率和延长巴比妥的催眠
