目的探讨新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通冲洗术的围手术期的护理要点操作方法及疗效。方法对我科2016年1月至4月门诊行探通术的48例患儿(59只眼)的术前术中术后的护理要点。结果本组病例中,仅1例失败,其余47例均获治愈。结论新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通冲洗术,方法简单,疗程短,治愈率高。术后随访3个月,无一例粘连复发。泪道探通冲洗术是治疗新生儿泪囊炎较好的方法。 Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing interventions of neonatal dacryocystitis and lacrimal passage probing. Methods A total of 48 children (59 eyes) with preoperative and postoperative follow-up care from January to April in 2016 were enrolled in this study. Results of this group of patients, only 1 case failed, the remaining 47 cases were cured. Conclusions The neonatal dacryocystitis lacrimal duct probing irrigation, simple method, short course, high cure rate. Follow-up 3 months after surgery, no case of adhesion recurrence. Tears Road exploration flushing is a better method of treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis.
