工程造价咨询企业是一个多层次融合的组织,相比较个体层次组织公民行为,企业整体上的组织公民行为与工作绩效之间表现出更加紧密的关系,主要表现为在合同规定之上自我要求更高,乐于助人促进人际和谐,积极提出工作建议等。本研究整合以往组织公民行为研究成果,检验适用于工程造价咨询企业的组织公民行为量表,基于社会交换理论提出研究假设,通过问卷收集进行相关假设的实证检验,最终组织公民行为到工作绩效以及工作绩效下任务绩效、周边绩效和战略绩效三个维度标准化路径系数分别为0.64、0.47、0.53和0.58,表明工程造价咨询企业组织公民行为能很好地提高工作绩效,促进企业发展。
Engineering cost consulting firm is a multi-level integration organization. Compared with the organizational citizenship behavior at the individual level, the overall organizational citizenship behavior and work performance of the enterprise show a more close relationship, which is mainly manifested in the self-request High, helpful to promote interpersonal harmony, and actively put forward proposals for work. This study integrates the results of previous studies on organizational citizenship behavior, examines the organizational citizenship behavior scale applicable to engineering cost consulting firms, proposes research hypotheses based on social exchange theory, empirically tests relevant hypotheses through questionnaire collection, and ultimately organizes citizenship behaviors to work performance and The standardized path coefficients of task performance, peripheral performance and strategic performance in the three dimensions of job performance are 0.64, 0.47, 0.53 and 0.58 respectively, which shows that the organizational citizenship behavior of consulting company can greatly improve job performance and promote enterprise development.
