脑素软膏1978年进行试制,1979年初开始应用于临床观察,先后有20个医疗单位、23个科室参加,经三年多的临床验证,脑素软膏临床治疗1016例,其中放射性皮炎126例,皮肤溃疡119例,肛裂、痔疮459例,初期冻疮312例。显效率分别为78.0％、50.4％、47.5％、48.1％;总有效率分别为88.1％、84.8％、86.2％、78.5％。在三年多的临床治疗过程中未见明显的副反应。在20余篇临床观察报告中,我们选3篇有代表性的临床验证文章。
The brain-derived ointment was trial-produced in 1978. It began to be used in clinical observation in early 1979. There were 20 medical units and 23 departments participating in the study. After more than three years of clinical verification, there were 1016 cases of clinical treatment of brain oligo- ointment, including 126 cases of radioactive dermatitis. There were 119 cases of skin ulcers, 459 cases of anal fissures and acne, and 312 cases of primary frostbite. The effective rates were 78.0%, 50.4%, 47.5%, and 48.1%, respectively; the total effective rates were 88.1%, 84.8%, 86.2%, and 78.5%, respectively. There were no obvious side effects during more than three years of clinical treatment. In more than 20 clinical observations, we selected 3 representative clinical validation articles.
