目的:探究强化安全教育对神经内科患者护理安全的影响。方法:研究对象选取为2014年1月~2015年1月台州市第一人民医院收治的100例神经内科患者,采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行强化安全教育,比较两组患者住院期间的安全知识掌握程度、安全隐患发生率与护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的安全知识评分为(91.4±6.9)分,显著高于对照组的(62.7±9.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院期间未出现安全隐患,对照组安全隐患发生率10.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的90.0%(P<0.05)。结论:加强对神经内科患者的护理安全教育,能够有效提高患者对疾病的认知水平,从而减少安全隐患的发生率,患者的护理满意度也明显提高。
Objective: To explore the impact of intensive safety education on the nursing safety of neurology patients. Methods: The subjects were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in Taizhou First People’s Hospital admitted to the 100 cases of neurology patients were divided randomly into observation group and control group, 50 cases of patients in the control group using routine care Measures, the observation group patients on the basis of the control group to strengthen safety education, compared two groups of patients hospitalized during the safety knowledge, safety risk and nursing satisfaction. Results: The score of safety knowledge in the observation group was (91.4 ± 6.9) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (62.7 ± 9.2), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no security risk in the observation group during hospitalization (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion: To enhance nursing safety education for patients with neurology can effectively improve patients’ cognition of disease, so as to reduce the incidence of potential safety problems and improve patient satisfaction.
