目的:明确头穴丛刺方法和神经网络重建疗法对卒中患者偏瘫后腕手功能恢复的疗效,提出偏瘫后更好的治疗组合。方法:50例卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均进行中风偏瘫康复训练与神经网络重建疗法,观察组增加头穴丛刺疗法。经过一定疗程,观察两种疗法对中风患者腕手功能恢复的影响。结果:两组治疗前后均有显著疗效(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头穴丛刺结合神经网络重建疗法对卒中偏瘫腕手功能的恢复有较好的疗效,两种方法结合比一种方法更好。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the curative effect of scalp acupuncture and neural network reconstruction on functional recovery of wrist after hemiplegia in stroke patients, and to propose a better therapeutic combination after hemiplegia. Methods: Fifty stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation training and neural network reconstruction therapy. The observation group was given scalp acupuncture. After a certain course of treatment, observe the effect of the two therapies on the recovery of wrist function of stroke patients. Results: Both groups had significant curative effect before and after treatment (P <0.05), and the curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture combined with neural network reconstruction therapy has a good effect on the recovery of wrist function of patients with stroke hemiplegia. The combination of two methods is better than one method.
