目的 :探讨单通道多焦视诱发电位 (mVEP)在中国人应用的可重复性。方法 :应用VERIS多焦电生理系统对 7例受试者在非同一日记录单通道图形mVEP ,刺激图案为 6 0个扇面组成与大脑皮质成比例的飞镖盘样图形。用PhotoShop软件将mVEP曲线叠合分析mVEP波形的一致性 ,并用VERIS软件定量测量mVEP曲线主要波形的潜伏期、峰 谷振幅 ,数据采用Excel软件进行统计学分析。结果 :受试者自身不同时间的 2~ 7次检查得出的mVEP波形的叠合程度高 ,潜伏期变异系数 (CV)小于 10 % ,但振幅有一定程度的变异 ,6 0个位点曲线振幅的平均CV左、右眼分别为 36 %、37% ,象限平均反应曲线的振幅CV分别为 19%、2 1%、2 6 %、2 7% ,上、下半野平均反应曲线的振幅CV分别为 13%和 11%。结论 :单通道mVEP多位点反应波形的可重复性良好 ,但振幅存在一定程度的变异。当刺激与记录条件一致时 ,mVEP尤其是象限与半野平均反应可用于视神经损害程度的随访研究。
Objective: To investigate the reproducibility of mVEP in Chinese. Methods: VERIS multi-focal electrophysiological system was used to record the single-channel mVEP of 7 subjects on the same day. The stimulation pattern consisted of 60 sectors and the proportion of the dart was proportional to the cerebral cortex. The consistency of mVEP waveform was analyzed by PhotoShop software. The latency and amplitude of the main waveform of mVEP curve were measured by VERIS software. The data were analyzed by Excel software. Results: The mVEP waveform obtained from 2 to 7 times of self-examination at different times had a high degree of superposition and the coefficient of variation (CV) of the latency was less than 10%, but the amplitude had a certain degree of variation. The curve amplitude of 60 sites The mean CVs of left and right eyes were 36% and 37% respectively. The amplitude CVs of quadrant average response curves were 19%, 21%, 26% and 27% respectively. The CVs of the average response curves of the upper and lower half were respectively 13% and 11%. Conclusion: The reproducibility of single-channel mVEP multi-site reaction waveforms is good, but there is a certain degree of variation in amplitudes. When stimulus is consistent with recording conditions, mVEP, especially the quadrant and half-field mean responses, can be used for follow-up studies of the degree of optic nerve damage.
