本文以谷子、绿豆、豌豆和红小豆种子为材料 ,通过对密封贮藏在 45℃、室温和 - 18℃条件下的种子进行生活力和活力测定 ,研究种子最适含水量。贮藏 6年后的测定结果表明 ,种子在 45℃条件下的最适含水量分别为 4.1% (谷子 )、5 .8%(绿豆 )、7.0 % (豌豆和红小豆 ) ;种子在室温下的最适含水量分别为 5 .0 %~ 5 .8% (谷子 )、5 .8%~ 9.7% (绿豆 )、7.9%~10 .5 % (豌豆 )和 9.0 %~ 9.7% (红小豆 )。上述结果表明种子最适含水量随贮藏温度的下降而呈上升趋势。在 - 18℃贮藏6年后 ,各含水量的种子发芽率与贮藏前相比没有明显变化。在室温条件贮藏 6年后 ,处于最适含水量范围内的种子的发芽率与贮藏前及 - 18℃条件下贮藏的种子的发芽率没有明显差异 ,说明适度干燥、密封贮藏能有效地延长种子在室温下的贮藏寿命 ,达到低温贮藏的效果。对种子活力指数、脱氢酶活性、淀粉酶活性和电导率等多项指标的测定结果表明 ,种子活力指数能有效地预示种子寿命衰老趋势 ,而脱氢酶和电导率等则不能预示种子寿命变化
In this paper, millet, mung bean, pea and adzuki bean seeds were used to study the seed moisture content by measuring the viability and vitality of seeds sealed and stored at 45 ℃, room temperature and - 18 ℃.
