碳钢是最常用的钢种,所以碳钢件的回火是热处理工作者非常熟悉的一道工序。但是,碳钢件回火参数之间的关系对很多热处理工作者来说还是很阳生的。为此,笔者根据日本的经验,结合自己的生产实践,初步探讨了这些参数之间的关系。现介绍如下: 经过充分淬火的钢件,其回火硬度与回火温度和回火时间的关系一般遵循下列的关系式:H=f〔T(C+1gt)〕式中:H——回火硬度(HRC);T——回火温度(绝对温度K);t——回火时间(秒);C——常数,其值随钢中含碳量变化而变化,图1是它们之间的关系。
