Ne注入的AISI304奥氏体不锈钢的X射线衍射花样,显示出0.1μm注入薄层中的两种应变:由注入Ne引起的张应变和由高压Ne泡压迫周围点阵产生的压应变。本文介绍其测量原理和技术,在X射线衍射花样上还发现注入Ne引起马氏体相变现象。
The X-ray diffraction pattern of Ne-infused AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel shows two strains of 0.1 [mu] m implanted into the thin layer: the tensile strain caused by the injection of Ne and the compressive strain resulting from the compression of the surrounding lattice by the high pressure Ne bubbles. This article describes its measurement principle and technology, X-ray diffraction patterns also found that the injection of Ne caused martensitic transformation.
