湖北省黄石市(包括市属大冶县)素有千山万宝之称,境内拥有丰富的非金属矿资源,建材工业门类众多,基础较好,是湖北建材工业的主要基地之一。到1985年底,全市已有建材企业510个(其中县以上企业90个),建材工业产值达19700万元,比1984年增长18.9%;建材工业产值约占全市工业总产值的7～8%。黄石市贯彻大家办建材方针以来,已取得初步成果。一、从根本上冲破了“独家办建材”的局面,进一步调动了各部门、各级办建材的积极
Huangshi City, Hubei Province (including the city of Daye County) is known as Qianshan Wanbao. It has abundant non-metallic mineral resources in the territory. There are numerous types of building materials industry and a good foundation. It is one of the main bases of Hubei building materials industry. By the end of 1985, the city had 510 building materials enterprises (including 90 enterprises above the county level). The output value of building materials industry reached 197 million yuan, an increase of 18.9% over 1984; the output value of building materials industry accounted for about 7 to 8% of the city’s total industrial output value. Huangshi City has achieved preliminary results since implementing the building materials policy. First, fundamentally broke the situation of “exclusive office building materials” and further mobilized the active construction materials of various departments and levels.
