对1974—1990年用掘进机施工的主要工程研究以后,其结果已进入数据库。主要的掘进机制造厂也建立了类似的数据库,并将1952—1990年的信息输入。数据库包括了掘进机的技术条件特性、掘进机使用的性能数据、隧道特性数据、围岩特性等信息。在某种围岩条件和隧道断面范围内,该数据库可用来预测掘进机施工潜在的效能。研究也表明现代掘进机技术仍受到某种围岩强度条件的限制。
After the main engineering study of roadheader construction from 1974 to 1990, the results have been entered into the database. The main roadheader manufacturing plant also established a similar database and entered the 1952-1990 information. The database includes the technical characteristics of the TBM, the performance data of the TBM, the characteristics of the tunnel and the characteristics of the surrounding rock. This database can be used to predict the potential performance of roadheader construction within some surrounding rock conditions and tunnel cross-sections. Research also shows that the technology of modern roadheaders is still limited by the strength of some surrounding rock.
