目的:研究直干桉叶水提物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)活性。方法:采用CPE观察实验与空斑减数实验测定直干桉叶水提物抗HSV-1活性,计算其空斑抑制率和IC50,并从药物对病毒的直接灭活作用、对病毒吸附的影响及对病毒穿膜的影响3个方面初探直干桉叶水提物抗HSV-1活性机理。结果:直干桉叶水提物能明显抑制HSV-1的致病变作用,其IC50为84.28μg/ml。药物主要是对病毒有直接灭活作用,也能影响对病毒对细胞的吸附。结论:直干桉叶水提物有显著的抗HSV-1活性,初步推测直干桉叶水提物抗HSV-1活性的机理是影响病毒的囊膜结构从而使之失活。
Objective: To study the anti-herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) activity of Eucalyptus urophylla in vitro. Methods: The anti-HSV-1 activity of Eucalyptus globulus aqueous extract was determined by CPE observation and plaque reduction test. The inhibition rate and IC50 of plaque extract were calculated, and the direct inactivation of the virus by the drug was evaluated. Impact and the impact of the virus through the membrane in three aspects of the initial Eucalyptus leaves aqueous extract against HSV-1 activity mechanism. Results: Water extract of Eucalyptus leaves could obviously inhibit the pathogenicity of HSV-1 with IC50 of 84.28μg / ml. Drugs are mainly direct inactivation of the virus, but also affect the virus on the cell adsorption. CONCLUSION: The water extract of Eucalyptus globulus has a significant anti-HSV-1 activity. It is preliminarily presumed that the mechanism of the anti-HSV-1 activity of the water extract of Eucalyptus globulus is to affect the envelope structure of the virus so as to inactivate it.
