[目的]研究马铃薯浸提液对其SAGs积累、酚类代谢及自毒效应。[方法]研究实验清水处理为对照,研究马铃薯芽、茎叶和块茎水浸提液对其形态特征、酚类代谢、糖苷生物碱积累及其化感自毒效应的影响。[结果]水浸提液处理使马铃薯发芽率降低,发芽推迟,植株变小,根生长减慢;水浸提液处理后,马铃薯根、茎和叶片中酚类含量升高,糖苷生物碱积累,PPO和PAL活性升高;水浸提液处理对马铃薯发芽、生长、酚类代谢、糖苷生物碱含量及其自毒效应影响大小依次为芽浸提液>茎叶浸提液>块茎浸提液>对照;水浸提液处理并不影响酚类和糖苷生物碱在马铃薯中的分布。[结论]糖苷生物碱和酚类参与马铃薯水浸液自毒效应对其发芽和生长有抑制效应。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the accumulation of SAGs, phenolic metabolism and autotoxicity of potato extract. [Method] The experimental fresh water treatment was used as a control to study the effects of aqueous extracts of potato buds, stems and leaves and tubers on its morphological characteristics, phenolic metabolism, accumulation of glycoside alkaloids and its allelochemical effects. [Result] The results showed that the germination rate of potato was decreased, the germination was postponed, the plant became smaller and the root growth slowed down by water extract treatment. The content of phenols in roots, stems and leaves of potato increased after treatment with water extract, and accumulation of glycoside alkaloids , PPO and PAL activity increased; the effect of water extract on the germination, growth, phenolic metabolism, glycoside alkaloids content and autotoxicity of potato extracts were in order of bud extract> stem and leaf extract> tuber leaching Liquid> control; aqueous extract did not affect the phenolic and glycoside alkaloids in potato distribution. [Conclusion] The effects of glycoside alkaloids and phenols on the germination and growth of potato water immersion solution were studied.
