本文对优化规范下镀取的Fe-Ni-MOS2复合镀层进行了组织分析和摩擦磨损性能的研究。结果表明:Fe-Ni合金镀层中弥散分布着6.41%重量的MoS2微粒后,其摩擦系数和磨损率明显下降,镀层的摩擦学性能得到改善。
In this paper, the microstructure and friction and wear properties of the Fe-Ni-MOS2 composite coating deposited under optimized specifications were studied. The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of 6.4% by weight of MoS2 particles dispersed in the Fe-Ni alloy coating decrease obviously, and the tribological properties of the coating are improved.
