目的:测定氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的含量。方法:利用氨基葡萄糖具Elson-Morgan反应,显色后在525nm波长处有最大吸收,枸橼酸钙与辅料无干扰。结果:盐酸氨基葡萄糖在12~36μg·ml~(-1)范围,浓度与吸收度呈良好线性关系A=0.0286C+0.1179,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.9%(n=9),RSD=0.70%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适合于该制剂分析。
Objective: To determine the content of glucosamine hydrochloride in calcium glucosamine calcium citrate dispersible tablets. Methods: Glucosamine with Elson-Morgan reaction, the maximum absorption at 525nm wavelength after color, calcium citrate and accessories without interference. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorption of glucosamine hydrochloride in the range of 12-36μg · ml -1 (A = 0.0286C + 0.1179, r = 0.999 9, average recovery 99.9% (n = 9), RSD = 0.70%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the analysis of the preparation.
