本期之江板块的成交有所回暖。与上期个盘的零成交相比,本期板块内在售楼盘都有不错的成交。12月1日—12日,篁外成交36套,云溪印象成交13套,金都高尔夫艺墅成交5套,新帝·朗郡成交3套,公元·沐桥成交1套。其中,钱塘·梧桐燕庐则是本期之江板块的热点楼盘。12月11日提前加推的10号楼、12号楼房源,当日预定42套,成交29套,成交均价17408元/平方米,认购率已达到九成。另外,板块内在售楼盘不多,可售房源寥寥无几。后期供应方面,据记者了解,年内该板块项目均没有开盘计划。
