一、氮化 氮化是钢的表面硬化法之一,此法是使氮渗透、扩散在钢的表面,与钢中的A1、Cr、Mo、Ti等形成硬的氮化物的硬化表面的技术。其特点如下: (a)与淬火(HV=540)、渗碳(HV=720)相对而言,表面硬度非常硬。例如,若将SKD61氮化,则HV(威氏硬度)约是1000。但是,不及最新技术的CVD处理的HV=2500。 (b)由于处理温度是在400~580℃的低温下进行,而CVD是在1000℃下处理,
