有效教学的实质是指教师遵循教学活动的客观规律,以尽可能少的时间、精力、物力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果。有效教学的条件是教师素养(师德修养、理念水平、业务能力);有效教学的前提是把握“效度”(对准教学目标的程度);有效教学的基础是扩展深度(学生参与的程度);有效教学的核心是适切度(教学方法、学习方法、教学媒体恰当的程度);有效教学的关键是控制密度(学生思维训练量)。
