用11个常用玉米自交系,按Griffing完全双列杂交方法四组成53个杂交组合,进行了田间试验。对主要数量性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力、配合力总效应进行了估算。对各自交系的特殊配合力方差进行分析和综合评价。结果表明,自交系交51具有较高的一般配合力和其配出的组合易出现较强的非加性基因效应。9个数量性状中产量性状的遗传力低。各性状狭义遗传力的大小依次是:穗粗>穗位高>吐丝期>株高>百粒重>穗长>穗行数>行粒数>单株粒重。
With 11 common maize inbred lines, Griffing complete diallel cross four methods to form 53 hybrid combinations, conducted a field experiment. The general combining ability, special combining ability and total combining effect of major quantitative traits were estimated. The variance of special combining ability of their own crossbreed was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that inbred lines with high 51 with a general combining ability and its distribution of combinations prone to strong non-additive gene effect. The heritability of yield traits in 9 quantitative traits was low. The narrow heritability of each trait in turn was: ear diameter> ear height> silking stage> plant height> 100-grain weight> ear length> ear number> grain number> grain weight per plant.
