随着内蒙电网备用容量的不断增加,承担内蒙古电网调峰330 MW机组更是频繁参与深度调峰,机组低负荷稳燃风险增大,机组启停次数多,为保证低负荷稳燃时机组安全,有时需投油助燃。结合近几年发展起来的气化微油点火燃烧技术,对锅炉进行了技术改造,增加气化微油燃烧器及相关辅助设备及系统,使得锅炉在冷态启动及低负荷稳燃过程中可以不使用点火油枪和启动油枪,从而节约启动和稳燃用油。
